We are delighted to extend a heartfelt invitation to BUET Alumni Calgary Gala Night 2025, a night of grandeur, celebration, and cherished connections! Join us on February 15, 2025, at the elegant Rio Banquet Hall, as we come together to celebrate our shared journey with an unforgettable evening of camaraderie, exquisite dining, and vibrant entertainment.

Registration is now open, and we encourage you to secure your spot early. With limited seating for 350 guests, registrations will close on January 15, 2025, or when we reach capacity—so act fast!

This promises to be the most spectacular event in BUETAAC’s history. Expect an enchanting night filled with:

• Delectable culinary delights: From tantalizing appetizers to a sumptuous buffet dinner, every bite is crafted to impress.

• Captivating cultural performances: A mix of lively games, artistic displays, and entertainment to keep the energy high.

• Electrifying music: Groove to the beats of Scarf, our legendary BUETian band, featuring members from across North America.

Sneak Peek of the Night’s Agenda:

• 5:30 PM: Ticket collection (pre-registered guests only)

• 6:00–6:45 PM: Welcome drinks, appetizers, and networking

• 6:45–8:00 PM: Cultural activities and engaging games

• 8:00–9:00 PM: Exquisite buffet dinner

• 9:00–11:00 PM: Live band performance by “Scarf”

Important Note: There will be no on-site registration. The venue, as well as our preparation, requires the guest list to be finalized 2-weeks prior in advance.
